This Return & Refund Policy applies to all pet care products purchased through our platform. We are committed to ensuring quality and customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and safety standards for pets.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements
- Grooming products that have been used
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items without original packaging, tags, or seals
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

7. Shipping Charges
